PHC has an immediate opening for a Clerical
services
Manager. This position is responsible for managing a variety of functions that directly support and control the quality of existing
administrative
and clerical service contracts. The Clerical Services Manager also coordinates the identification, generation, and pursuit of new business opportunities for administrative services as well as other PHC lines of business.
Qualifications:
o Business administration experience, clerical and administrative support services, operation and leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituencies, employees, board and the
community
at large
o Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and other applications in the administrative environment
o Valid driver's license, reliable automobile, safe driving record and insurance coverage acceptable to PHC's insurance carrier
o 3-5 years managerial and supervisory customer relations
o Managing a business enterprise is an advantage
o Clear criminal back ground to obtain necessary security clearances for PHC
Duties:
o Supervises first-line supervisors, coordinates with customer requirements, sets and implements performance goals for department and personnel
o Establishes guidelines, procedures and expectations for administrative program services
o Evaluates quality of services and recommends improvements through a thorough SOP and QA implementation for services rendered
o Coordinates overall budget, monitors revenues and expenditures
o Prepares annual and periodic reports
o Plans and develops training curriculum
o Cultivates, initiates, negotiates and manages relationships with potential business partners
o Develops marketing plan, sales strategies and action plans for future clients, initiates cold calls to generate new business opportunities
Education:
o
bachelor
's degree in business administration or related field preferred and/or relevant experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
