My client is a leader in material handling equipment. With over 20 years of experience in the industry and a passion for customer satisfaction, business is BOOMING! Now, they are looking to add an Outside Sales Manager to their team.
I am looking for a qualified candidate with a 4-year degree and +5 years of experience in successful selling, with the ability to create innovative training, sales and territory coverage/growth plans. Do you love training sales people to be successful? Are you a solution seller? Then, I want to talk to you!
Required industry knowledge:
All electric
classes
of material handling equipment
Pallet racking and other allied products
Service and maintenance contracts
Complex leasing and financing solutions
Physical Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate material handling equipment to customers
Ability to lift 10-25lbs on occasion
Ability to travel up to 50%
Personality:
Highly-organized
Hardworking
Action-oriented with big picture mentality
Diplomatic managing style
Coachable and Flexible
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 Total Compensation (Negotiable and DOE)
