Job Duties Include: Manages operations of the Billing team Oversees the hiring, training, etc. of the team Works alongside the Controller to enhance processes Develops procedures for effective billing and reconciling Works with the Finance department as needed Ensures the team is in compliance Participates in meetings as applicable Troubleshoots any billing system malfunctions Ideal Candidates Must Possess: BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, or Health Care Previous experience in billing and reconciliation Minimum 5 years management experience Strong communication skills Ability to reconcile billing data Knowledge of billing and payment systems Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Slam-Dunk candidates will have experience in the HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY!!!
