The primary responsibility of this job is building, automating and evolving the software, infrastructure, and technologies that our products depend on. This role will focus on maintaining and expanding our existing infrastructure towards automating everything from initial server provisioning, application deployment to all dev, test, production environments, and monitoring of these services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with development and operations teams and thrive in a DevOps environment
Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Ruby and Rails applications that make up our products.
Work with the development, QA, and Operations teams to automate manual steps in development and deployment processes
Work with the development, QA, and Operations team to ensure adequate level of health monitoring for all production systems, including hardware, server components and deployed applications
Design, implement, and test disaster recovery capability for all business critical services
SKILLS
Linux administration (preferably Ubuntu)
Amazon Web Services
Nginx
MongoDB
PostgreSQL
RabbitMQ
Automation (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or other is a plus)
Basic understanding of LDAP
Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python)
Knowledge of Solaris

Write clear, easy to understand documentation
Be able to read through and understand code for troubleshooting purposes
Have a willingness to calmly own and resolve unexpected incidents that occur in a hosting environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
