A Kforce client is seeking an Early Warning Risk Analyst for their Portland, Oregon (OR) location. This is a great opportunity but a temporary position with this company. This position is required to/ responsible for:
Assists in the administration of a portfolio of performing and non-performing loans to determine creditworthiness and potential risk
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
Assists with analysis of client risk, collateral review, cash analysis, client trends and other related projects by developing, collecting and maintaining spreadsheets that summarize findings
Basic
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor''s degree preferred
3 or more years of experience in lending and underwriting/ loan documentation and processing
Must be experienced with a wide variety of financial analysis techniques, including ratio and trend analysis
Must be experienced with credit analysis, including but not limited to: real estate and secretary of state filings, tax liens, judgments, bankruptcy

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
