GLOBAL REAL ESTATE & OPERATIONS ACCOUNTING MANAGER

As Global Real Estate and Operations Accounting Manager for the CLIENT Controlling Organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization recognizes cash spend associated with strategic investments in real estate, capital assets and business operations in accordance with US GAAP and CLIENT Accounting Policy. You'll establish and monitor adherence to global governance processes and actively partner with leadership teams throughout CLIENT as they execute on strategic investments by vetting and communicating all relevant technical accounting considerations present in strategy. You will participate as a key team member and subject matter expert as the organization executes global real estate, technology, commerce, innovation, sourcing and manufacturing strategies. You'll design, implement and support sustainable controlling processes to enable ongoing growth and complexity as Client's strategic investment portfolio expands and scales to enable CLIENT, Inc.'s growth trajectory.

o Assist with the management of CLIENT's global capital asset investment portfolio; develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers of the business while demonstrating mastery of US GAAP
o Work closely with and advise cross-functional leadership teams of technical accounting considerations as they execute on business strategies
o Execute accounting processes and maintain effective internal controls around the tracking and accounting for business operations, including technical considerations around contract accounting, lease accounting and capital expenditures in accordance with US GAAP and CLIENT Accounting Policy
o Partner with finance planning counterparts to drive forecast accuracy and informed business decisions, while enabling the execution of strategic and financial initiatives
o Participate in review of monthly, quarterly and annual operational results; continuously add value and be seen as a credible and trusted business partner
o Assist with the management of day-to-day accounting operations and establish processes as needed to handle and enable new transaction streams
o Be part of the larger CLIENT Controlling Organization and embrace best practices

Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
o 6 years' experience in accounting, finance or related functions
o Big 4 Public accounting experience and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strongly preferred
o Experience with accounting for intangible assets, real estate investment, lease accounting, software and website development costs, labor capitalization and contract accounting strongly preferred
o Experience with a Fortune 500/multinational consumer products company is preferred
o Strong enthusiasm and passion for the CLIENT brand

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks with senior leadership

o Advanced ability to seek information, problem solve, communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
