Flexographic printing company is interested in hiring an experienced Operations manager with prior experience in the flexo industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and supervisory experience over: Press Production, Logistics, Maintenance, New Product Development, Quality Control (including ISO 9001), Graphics or Pre press areas in a Flexographic Company. Job
Responsibilities: Works very closely with engineering to improve productivity; define work measurement programs and Monitors the general flow of operations to reduce material usage and waste. Determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment, considers each stage of the production process to increase efficiency and productivity. Support engineering in activities as Kaizen, SMED, 5Ss, lean manufacturing, WCM, visual factory, visual aids, Six Sigma, etc. Strong experience with Global problem solving Techniques-8Ds, knowledge on Safety, Automotive Documents preparation (PPAP,FMEA,APQP,MSA); Production control experience, lean manufacturing techniques, Internal Audits, ISO 9001-ISO14000 related experience. Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Negotiable salary as well as great benefits.
