We're searching for aSecurity Assistantto Champion our security team. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job duties:
Maintain office calendar(s) to coordinate work flow and meetings
Support a variety of department specific projects and assignments including but not limited to report generation, client/member engagement and system/process updates
Answer questions and provide general guidance on routine inquiries
Maintain client records, department/business unit documents and reports
Monitor incoming correspondence (emails, faxes, etc.) and distribute to appropriate parties
Support daily office tasks like copying, faxing, filing and mailing sensitive documents
Essential skills:
Basic knowledge of financial investigation process
Familiarity with security risk management
Establish relationships and liaison with law enforcement officers at all levels in multiple geographical areas
Process badge access requests for the corporate locations and act as central contact for coordinating vendor access to applicant SEG sites
Assist Security Manager in the development, implementation and administration of all components of the organization's Security Program
Location:Beaverton, OR 97003
Schedule:40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
