We have an immediate opening for an energetic, highly motivated and outgoing professional for performing a variety of HR back office duties focusing administrative activities and helping HR staff. This is a part-time position working about 20 to 25 hours per week. Days and times can be flexible to meet needs of candidate.
PRIMARYDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES
Administering and inputting training verification forms, course material, etc. into training record management system.
Review, correct and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate data collected.
Assist with company's employees with their time & attendance issues, locker assignments, uniforms. etc.
Assist in Company Events such as monthlyEOM, Christmas Party/Picnic, etc.
Assist candidates coming in to fill out applications for employment when needed.
Receive mail and assist in other administrative duties such as filing, faxing, etc.
Assist in other duties & projects as assigned by HR Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to quickly understand otherHRISsystems
General understanding of HR concepts and programs
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and meet daily/weekly goals

SALARY&BENEFITS
Hourly salary: $12 - $14 hour to start
