## Brief Description of PSU/School/Dept
The Center for Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) is a nationally accredited health care facility that offers medical health, mental health, dental health, health promotion and education, and academic testing services to the students of Portland State University. The center consists of over 120 clinical and administrative staff and operates Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-5pm. There are currently 20,000 students eligible to use SHAC's services.
## Position Summary
Administer/proctor and score psychological test batteries evaluating cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional status in order to assist Counseling Services Assessment Team in their evaluations for LD/ADHD.
Be an active team member to assist Counseling Services Assessment Team and Director in tracking Assessment Program data.
Answer questions via phone and email regarding assessment program at SHAC.
## Minimum Qualifications from Classification
Six months experience administering, scoring and maintaining test result records of psychological tests such as aptitude, personality, and intelligence tests; OR
Nine term (6 semester) hours of counseling or educational psychology measurement courses.

Transcripts may be required for all required and/or related courses.
## Additional Minimum Qualifications for this Position
9 months experience working in assessment program at Counseling Services in the Center for Student Health & Counseling
Completed graduate level psychology assessment courses with knowledge of how to administer and score the WAIS-IV (Knowledge of the WJ-III and WMS-IV is a plus, but not required).
Ability to work independently with appropriate training and supervision.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
