Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
Dress Code: Business casual
Travel: Must be willing to travel among multiple Portland buildings for meetings
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Schedule project meetings Take minutes at project meetings Track issues and risks Track project financials Manage SharePoint project documentation Collaborate among project teams
Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required 2-4 years' experience as a senior administrative assistant/project coordinator Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Skilled in SharePoint Experience working with large teams on projects with tight deadlines Detail-oriented and well-organized under multiple priorities Schedule complex meetings using Lotus Notes and WebEx Manage project library documentation Manage project financials Take technical, accurate minutes under multiple deadlines

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
