Travel: Must be willing to travel among multiple Portland buildings for meetings
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Schedule project meetings Take minutes at project meetings Track issues and risks Track project financials Manage SharePoint project documentation Collaborate among project teams
Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required 2-4 years' experience as a senior administrative assistant/project coordinator Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Skilled in SharePoint Experience working with large teams on projects with tight deadlines Detail-oriented and well-organized under multiple priorities Schedule complex meetings using Lotus Notes and WebEx Manage project library documentation Manage project financials Take technical, accurate minutes under multiple deadlines

Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines Team player with excellent communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
