1) Execute all accounts receivable and issue invoices to customers
2) Record and maintain fixed assets schedule
3) Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner
4) Take all reasonable discounts on supplier invoices
5) Taxes: Heavy Vehicle Use Tax;IFTAFuel Tax;ODOTMile Reporting Tax; Skamania County Tax
6) Pay any debt as it comes due for payment
7) Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
8) Conduct periodic reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts to ensure their accuracy. (All accounts except for bank accounts, depreciation, and amortization)
9) Manage the petty cash fund
10) IssueKPIreports and Financial Statements
11) Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements
12) Assemble information for external auditors for annual audit
13) Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
14) Maintain the chart of accounts
15) Maintain the annual budget
16) Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
17) Credit management -- including communication of credit policies, credit checks and approvals, and credit maintenance.
18) Closes month out consistently every month by the 25th of the month following. Includes making all journal entries, allocations, and data integrity analysis.
19) Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
20) Ensure receivables are collected promptly.
21) Process payroll
22) Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
23) Materials Costing: Monthly audit of materials used by Speedy and recording via journal entry to customer and balance sheet account.
24) Open item auditing: PO's, Sales Orders, and invoices in all companies are monthly audited and handled accordingly.
25) Records data to accurately allow job costing
26) Records data to accurately allow equipment/vehicle maintenance cost.
27) Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management
28) Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
29) Manages and ensures the following is done:
a) Timekeeping
b) A/P
c) Credit Card reconciliation
d) Employee reimbursements
e) W-9
Qualifications: The bookkeeper candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the QuickBooks accounting software package.
Supervises: A/P Clerk
$40,000-$45,000, based on experience
6 Holidays paid after working 90 days
1 week paid vacation for the 1st year
2 week paid vacation after the 1st year
50% of the employee premium paid for Health and Dental benefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
