We're searching for aDeposit Operations Associate to Champion our members. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job duties:
Respond to department specific questions in a timely and accurate manner
Perform file and/or transaction maintenance including tracking and updating information
Research and resolve member issues; process adjustments as appropriate
Essential skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in the financial industry with a focus on retail/branch service
Minimum 1 year previous customer service or administrative experience
Minimum1 yearprevious experience handling sensitive documents in a timely and accurate manner
Location: Beaverton, OR 97006
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
