## Position Summary
This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public spaces and stocking housekeeping supplies to UPL standards. Assists housekeepers and guests as needed, by providing friendly , courteous and professional service and adheres to health regulations. This position also cleans guest rooms as needed. Needs to be extremely flexible with responsibilities and able to do additional tasks as directed. This position often works alone and the schedule is variable based on business needs.

## Additional Minimum Qualifications for this Position
Prior experience in the hospitality industry or janitorial services where customer service is a priority.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain on feet, kneel, bend and stoop, stretch, lift, push and pull throughout the shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to clearly communicate in written and oral form to be able to assist the front desk and the the guest when fulfilling their requests.

## Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement
The starting salary rate for this position will be between $11.47 and $11.85 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience, with an excellent benefits package including 95% premium paid healthcare; a generous retirement and vacation package; and reduced tuition rates for employees, spouse or dependant at any of the Oregon University System schools.
