We're searching for a Financial Solutions Representativeto Champion our members. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job duties:
Recommend products and services that enhance our members' financial lives including loan options, rates, share products and other credit union offerings
Support Member Service Representatives during peak periods by processing deposits, withdrawals and loan payments
Manage loan pipeline to ensure members are updated in a timely manner, resolve errors and respond to member issues
Identify and create referral opportunities to key business partners
Develop outside business through face-to-face client meetings and sales calls
Essential skills:
Minimum 2 years previous financial experience (bank or credit union) with an emphasis in consumer lending required
Minimum 1 year previous experience accurately handling large amounts of cash and negotiable instruments
Minimum 1 year previous experience in a sales or retail environment
Currentnotary commission preferred
Proficiency in basic mathematics and ten-key and calculator
Location:Lloyd Center Branch; Portland, OR 97232
Schedule: 40 hours per week, must be available Saturdays
