The Business Solutions Director - Performance Management & Reporting, within the Nike Technology Enterprise Finance Solutions (EFS) group, will serve as the primary point of engagement for business functions as they partner with Technology to provide end-to-end Business Account Management, Strategic Consulting, and Solution Management. This position will be accountable for supporting the Financial Planning and Forecasting, Global Reporting and Category/Geography CFO functions at Nike.
In this role, the Business Solutions Director will:
Engage with senior business leaders to define long term strategic plans and integrated process, data and technology roadmaps to their business objectives and optimize operations.
Develop and employ strategies to drive strategic alignment between Technology and business stakeholders with Enterprise strategies and goals of Nike Inc.
Analyze needs and requirements of existing or proposed business solutions and drive collaboration between business stakeholder and EFS Architecture and Delivery teams to design solution options to support operations.
Partner closely with EFS Solution Architecture, Solution Delivery and Portfolio Management teams to oversee the delivery of a large portfolio of project investments that deliver value against specific client business objectives.
Partner with the Operational Support teams with Technology Application Services (TAS) in ensuring high performing operations and partnering on operational improvement activities for business facing Technology solutions a business function owns or utilizes.

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field. MBA preferred.

years in management consulting, business consulting, internal account management or strategic planning.
Extensive knowledge of core finance business processes and associated SAP/ERP, Consolidation, Tax OR other Enterprise scale functionality
Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience leading large application / service portfolios
Strong people and vendor leadership skills including the ability to set and manage expectations
Demonstrated expertise of building a consensus across business partners and technology leaders, and influencing successful outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to influence business and technology stakeholders; communicate highly relevant information to both executive leaders and individual contributors in an effective manner.
Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.
Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment.
