Functions/Duties of Position
Responsibilities include supporting the HR with documentscanning, filing, organizing, auditing and other project-related and generaloffice duties as required.
Job Requirements
Clearly illustrate on your resume and/or application thatyou are an undergraduate student taking 6 credit hours or more, OR a graduatestudent taking 4.5 credit hours or more of graduate-level courses, and at leastone year of experience working in an office setting. Experience must also include use of computerhardware and software, including Microsoft Office and proficiency withMicrosoft Excel. Experience with AdobeAcrobat and working knowledge of office equipment (scanners and copy machines)is preferred.
