Total Rewards Analyst to join our People Rewards team! In this critical role, you will participate on a team of four on a variety of compensation related activities.
Our ideal candidate has some solid experience in compensation analysis and also some general HR work experience.

Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth market pricing and evaluation of new roles/jobs requests.
Provide compensation and benefits analytics - ensure data integrity, set up and conduct analyses, and present results in various formats.
Develop compensation modeling and methodology.
Design and run surveys and study labor markets to determine compensation trends, analyze jobs, work with and combine survey data to measure the competitiveness of the Bank's compensation and benefits plans.
Review job descriptions and specifications; apply job evaluation techniques to establish compensation rates that are internally equitable and market competitive.
Work with market data and People Rewards team to benchmark and stay current on industry trends and norms.
Maintain semi-monthly/monthly/quarterly incentive payment, promotions, equity analysis and calculate required financial reports for payroll and accounting.
Coordinate and support benefit events, programs and wellness initiatives.
Provide analytical support and modeling of benefit plan design costs.
Actively support HR team members and identifies opportunities to utilize system and improve current business processes.
Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent accurate and repeatable processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Typically requires five years of related experience (can be in a combination of compensation or general human resources, or highly analytical work).
Comprehensive Excel skills and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Helpful:
Experience in using major compensation surveys, (Mercer, Radford, Towers) and experience participating in and submitting salary surveys.
Experience with market pricing tool, Marketpay and or other compensation platform experience.

$123,100 Max:
$151,400 (Location:
San Francisco)Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic market data.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
