Technical Lead

We are currently looking for the right person to grow with us as we expand our customer base.
As NetX's technical lead, you will report to the CTO and are the senior-most member of the engineering team and will be working on development projects from start to finish.
First and foremost, this is an individual contributor role.
Having hands-on experience in software development and the ability to manage complex projects is a necessity for this role.
As our technical lead, you'll engineer, guide, and implement technical solutions and improvements with the help of your software development team.
You will be required to liaise with people from different backgrounds from management to designers and developers to ensure that the project meets the needs of the organization and the people who will be working with it.
You oversee the technical aspects of our software team by making architectural and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, and supervising architectural modifications.
You're basically setting the technical direction of projects and clearing the way of any programming hurdles that may arise, whether it be closing technical knowledge gaps, finding answers to technical product questions, or streamlining existing operations.
You're someone who enjoys both the technical and interpersonal aspects of software development.
Responsibilities Write code (Java, JS/React, Python).
Communicate requirements to development teams.
Oversee code reviews and merge requests.
Triage unplanned work tickets.
Help teams identify process and technology improvements, especially opportunities to avoid manual work and/or improve efficiencies.
Occasionally work with individual team members, helping them overcome task challenges and/or knowledge and experience gaps.
Work with Product Manager, assisting with project scoping; plan and design the technical aspects of the solution.
Identify approaches that development plans require.
Understand company needs to offer technology strategies.
Conduct research from time to time to ascertain technology solutions that are most appropriate and suggest ways of integrating them.
Monitor the technical competencies of the company by looking for new technology and techniques.
Relay plans and summaries to management, and ensure they contribute to the organization's technical strategy - particularly the CTO.
Creating a framework of technical standards and procedures Overseeing software quality and system modifications Help to solve technical problems when they arise.
Requirements Proven experience as Technical Lead Knowledge of select coding languages and operating systems is critical:
Java, JS/React, Python, and Linux.
Experience in cloud technology, particularly AWS.
Experience with CI pipelines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
