The Research Data Analyst is responsible for developing and managing data-driven research projects.
This includes collecting and analyzing data, creating visualizations, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Qualtrics, SQL, and BI tools.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including surveys, HRIS, and other data systems.
Develop and execute data-driven research projects.
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings are incorporated into decision-making processes.
Stay up-to-date on the latest BI tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field, such as business intelligence, statistics, or marketing.

years of experience in data analysis and research.
Strong understanding of Qualtrics, SQL, and BI tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $54.
46 - $60.
52 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
