Senior Research Associate
The Senior Research Associate position assists the Laboratory Chief in the implementation and design of research activities in the Cancer Research laboratories.
Scientific and administrative duties are performed under some supervision of the Laboratory Chief or other laboratory personnel.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with major courses in the field of research.
Preferably in appropriate biomedical field 3 years research lab experience Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; Thorough understanding of biomedical research; Thorough knowledge of environmental monitoring, safety and accident prevention measures; Basic understanding of GMP compound manufacturing processes; Properly document all maintenance and quality control; Properly document and maintain T-cell therapies manufacturing batch records; Strong problem-solving skills and highly organized; Responsible for maintenance and operation of lab equipment; Train junior lab staff in basics of research workflow; Assess lab inventory and orders supplies when needed; Perform the research and manufacturing processes of T-cell therapies to reach established goals of the lab; Originate and develop techniques or workflow that facilitate the research goals of the lab; Prepare initial written documentation on the results of the research; Stay current with literature in ongoing and proposed research projects.
