Senior Research and Development Product Engineer

The Senior R&D Product Engineer is responsible for the development of new and current products from the program inception to the launch by modified stage-gate processes.
Develop new products and provide analytical and technical support to existing technologies and new product development.
Successfully scales solutions to production readiness to drive business value-partners with internal and external resources to enable intellectual property protection as needed.
A bachelor's Degree in chemical science (polymer, material science, or chemistry) or in engineering (mechanical or chemical).
A master's degree is preferred.
Must have strong organic and analytical equipment skills.
Must have experience with CAD.
Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
Strong organic and analytical equipment skills would be considered in lieu of experience with CAD.
Must have 10 years of experience in product development, prototyping, research, or design.
Experience or familiarity within the roofing or building material industry is desired.
