Thisposition supports Home Forward's strategic and operational objectives by aiding the Development Department's Affordable Housing Developers and Project Managers with the myriad tasks inherent in affordable multifamily housing development.
It applies Home Forward's values to its real estate developments, which attract public scrutiny and have a multi-generational impact on Multnomah County.
It requires an ability to work independently and assume responsibility for a wide variety of tasks related to projects' design, construction, funding, and operations.
Independently managing these tasks' overlapping, often competing, deadlines enabling Housing Developers and Project Managers to focus on their core duties of creating high-quality homes and thriving communities for Home Forward residents, while minimizing Home Forward's financial, operational and reputational risk.
In this context, the incumbent in this position will collaborate with others at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders in the consideration of significant goals, concepts, initiatives, and other activities that profoundly affect Home Forward, its employees, and the people that it serves.
