Prime candidates will be someone with a high attention to detail, who can be both accurate and confident with their work 100% of the time, has great work attendance, and some clerical experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Preparation and analysis of bulk and solid materials for asbestos content using PLM (Polarized Light Microscopy) -Determination of visual percentage and optical properties of asbestos and non-asbestos material -Complete Quality Assurance / Quality Control practices per company Quality Assurance / Quality Control manual -Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment -General laboratory maintenance -Some clerical work involved - Log in Data Entry Position is Monday through Friday, 8:
00 AM - 4:
00 PM Salaried Position with Paid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days All training will be provided by Atlas Labs Inc.
This job entails 8 hours a day in an analytical laboratory.
Must be a self starter and able to work independently within a team atmosphere.
