The employee will be required to work with customers to provide ink jet printing and labeling solutions for industrial applications
Responsibilities:
With completion of factory training, market and sell Samuel Coding & Labeling Equipment and consumables through direct customer contact On site sales presentations Cold calling of possible customers found through various resources Provide knowledge and expertise in the field of Industrial Printing and Labeling equipment Arrange face to face meetings with prospective customers in order to present our product line Cooperate with the sales force, technical team and service technicians and share information across the organization in clear and prompt manner.
Attendance of trade shows Conduct and lead customer sales meeting Provide recommendations and feedback to sales and engineering on equipment opportunities and improvements Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
_Identify specific tools or equipment used to perform the job.
_ Ability to use a laptop, smartphone and other devices normally used in conducting business via remote access in various geographic settings ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Mechanical and electrical knowledge preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint Ability to read and understand schematics Experience with industrial printing and labeling equipment is preferred Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical ability to visit customer facilities to evaluate operational needs and concerns related to industrial packaging Must be able to safely demonstrate Samuel Industrial Printing and Labeling products in a production mill environment Trade show attendance could require extended periods of standing in booth Physically pack and unpack items weighing up to 50 pounds WORK ENVIRONMENT:
