Our North American Brand Marketing organization develops the strategies, concepts, and plans to ultimately determine how we communicate with and show up to our consumers.
The Marketing Head Office in North America drives the management of holistic marketing priorities, manages deliverables across the marketing organization, and supports the NAM Marketing Leadership team in their day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will work with the Marketing Head Office team and specifically focus on supporting the leader of our Direct-to-Consumer Marketing & Media team - which develops the plans and determines how we show up in our own retail stores and on our digital channels.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Support strategic thinking and execution of special projects within DTC Marketing, in partnership with the VP DTC Marketing or other key marketing stakeholders.
Manage creation and development of executive-level presentations.
Support strategic alignment within DTC Marketing & Media and amongst functions within the Marketing organization.
Drive the DTC Marketing & Media team ways of working / rhythm of business, including weekly / monthly / quarterly meeting cadences, workshops, team connectivity, etc.
Drive the DTC Marketing team culture through the development and management of employee engagement program and other culture-building initiatives.

Ability to formulate clear and concise communications (typically in PowerPoint) on behalf of leadership.

Comfortable presenting to large groups / speaking in front of a large team.
Passion for and interest in team culture and culture development.

PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum four years progressive work experience - experience working in marketing, digital, or retail environments a plus.
Experience working with executive leaders driving strategic topics and initiatives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
