Summary:
Customer Service Representative responsible for achieving customer satisfaction within defined objectives for the company.
Includes managing customer accounts via orders, complaints and problem resolution, customer communication, invoicing and responding to literature requests.
High level of professional communication required.

Responsibilities:
Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers and ensures customer needs are met.
Handle complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with relevant stakeholders to solve order issues.
Support and communicate with finance department, accounts receivable and sales.
Organize deliveries, execute transport with needed documentation, and check availability of the goods to be shipped.
Ensure customer requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics.
Responsible for maintaining ERP system Master data.

Qualifications:
? High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years customer service experience Organizational, communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills needed High level of skill in alpha and numeric keyboarding, and strong data entry Location:
Portland OR office.
