Desktop Support Engineer
Provide technical support for Mac OS, Windows 10, Office 365, and various applications Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues onsite or remotely Support HP & Canon printers and growing mobility platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) Manage technology onboarding/offboarding and asset recovery Build and maintain PCs and laptops Work within an ITIL-based Service Desk environment Proficiency in Windows technologies, hardware platforms (HP laptops, Cisco phones), and Microsoft tools like Active Directory, SCCM, and Exchange.
