What You'll Do The Standard is making an industry-leading commitment to supporting its employees through change by establishing a robust enterprise-level Change Management Office focused on creating a consistent experience for our people in navigating change and transition. As a Senior Change Manager, you'll establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise and refine and apply The Standard's customized people-centered change management methodology, showing the value change management capabilities can bring to an organization undergoing significant changes to process, technology, organizational structures, and products that will deliver customer value. Key Responsibilities Senior Change Managers will define and grow the discipline of change management across the company by:
Leveraging the Standard's structured methodology to lead consistent change strategy design and execution to ensure the unique needs of each change are met Collaborating with key leaders and partners across the enterprise to ensure successful change sponsorship Facilitating the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables Modeling change management behavior and engaging in peer learning and coaching with other change resources in the organization Expanding and fortifying our change management methodology You are An experienced force multiplier for change An expert collaborator An exceptional communicator A credible resource for best practices in change management. Influential Comfortable with ambiguity Knowledgeable of common organizational issues and challenges The Skills and Background You'll Need Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
5
years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
