The Job:
o Providing leadership within a talented team of software engineers in an Agile environment to design, development, and maintain a multi-org Salesforce CRM implementation. o Responsible for the organization and tracking of work for multiple developers on large, complex projects. o A key contributor in an agile development team, participating in SCRUM ceremonies and planning phases, and defining, breaking down, and organizing the development work within the team. o Recommend, design, and create technical improvements in existing capabilities to maximize productivity and optimize security and efficiency. o Assist the Product Owner with prioritization, specifically promoting understanding of technical risks and opportunities with a business-friendly approach. o Championing and assisting with the creation of best-practices within the development team. o Optimizing solutions for support, usability, and flexibility. o Collaborating with on architectural design across Enterprise technologies and teams o Leading support and triage activities, including rotational on-call duties. Experience:
Salesforce/APEX - minimum 3 years (including CRM implementation expereince) ASP.NET MVC - minimum 3 years SQL Server - minimum 3 years RESTful Web Services - minimum 1-3 years AWS experience preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
