The Analyst 2 is responsible for the analysis of Workday data/systems, researching alternatives, identifying and designing potential solutions, defining test criteria, performing system tests, implementing changes, and monitoring post implementation performance. They must have the ability to translate data into actionable information with appropriate integration. The Analyst 3 supports applications, databases, processes, workflows and functions as they relate to their specific clinical or business area. They must be established as an expert in the community in which they serve and act as a consultant for the I&T organization as evidenced by measurable outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential functions are the reasons a job exists. Provide support for systems, processes, and customers and responds in a timely manner to ServiceNow incidents and maintain documentation of their resolution Assists with the design, implementation and support of Workday integrations for HCM, Finance and Supply Chain Maintains a repository for integration technical specification documents and other workflow documentation for new and existing integrations Assist the team with integration testing for Workday Feature Releases Serve as the point of contact on integration files between Workday and outside vendors that include enhancing, solving existing issues with integration systems and debugging file transfer failures Ability to debug complex Workday studio integrations and help in break fix resolution. Prioritizes tasks to achieve goals and models priorities for other team members Able to identify and pull together the appropriate individuals across teams, customer base, and leadership for collaboration on issues and projects Helps Supervisor/Manager coordinate efforts to ensure the team achieves team and ministry goals and metrics Capable of communicating effectively with management to provide technical and solution guidance Implements and leads integrated solutions for application related technical and business issues with minimal oversight EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Required Minimum Education:
4 yr /Bachelor's degree Specialty/Major Various dependent on Area/Expertise Need Preferred Education Consider Master's or other as needed for role Specialty/Major Various dependent on Area/Expertise Need MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Years and Type of Experience 3-5 years' experience as Workday integration developer including Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio and BIRT Layout. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Strong concepts of Workday frameworks such as Integrations, Business Processes, Security and Advanced Report Writing. Proficiency in Web Services and technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML and XSLT. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Experience with Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
