A successful Subsidy Systems & Reporting Manager monitors and maintains subsidy systems and processes to ensure they work effectively and efficiently. This position leads process and system projects to ensure successful implementation and improves/maintains program processes and compliance. Job
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
o Oversees/maintains all Subsidy related systems and automation to ensure compliance and efficiency, in partnership with other departments. o Leads the design of subsidy related solutions for various system projects and operational needs. o Leads projects to enhance systems or business processes. o Provides strategic advice and recommendations with regards to the subsidy programs systems, policies, rules and regulations in order to maintain compliance while streamlining processes. o Researches and recommends innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for subsidy tasks. Evaluates processes, analyzes results and identifies approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale. o Develops and maintains subsidy reporting functions. Oversees the requirements, testing, creation and delivery of subsidy related reports. Continuously evaluates reports to ensure optimal solutions that drive business outcomes. o Coordinates project resources to ensure effectiveness and timeliness of all projects. o Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all systems and key processes, partnering with other departments or vendors as needed. o Establish and/or maintain program controls, policies and procedures (SOP's) to ensure compliance with regulations for the childcare assistance programs. o Provides escalated tier support per request from various users. Investigates and troubleshoots issues, working with the service desk to resolve service requests; works with IT leadership to ensure the IT team has the information needed to provide appropriate first tier and general systems support. o Validate and test new and enhanced system functionality prior to implementation and escalate issues for resolution o Participate and represent Subsidy Tuition team as subject matter expert in special projects o Identify and track feedback to create new system functionality to maximize the value of the application o Prioritize issues to achieve system goals and outcomes while partnering with IT to ensure successful implementation o Manages and oversees Subsidy Tuition Financial Analyst/Senior Reporting Coordinator role o Collaborates and partners cross functionally with other departments to drive desired outcomes o Provides support and troubleshoots issues for Subsidy Coordinator team on system processes and procedures o Develops and executes training on subsidy related systems. o Ensures family experience and company Service Values are represented in all Subsidy related projects. o Represents the Tuition Subsidy department as a subject matter expert for various company projects/initiatives. o Bachelor's degree preferred o Eight years of Tuition Subsidy experience required o Supervisory experience required. o System administration experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. o Strong PC skills covering general office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email required. o Ability to manage multiple projects required. o Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner with ability to multi-task and establish priorities required.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
