JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain executive-level relationships with client; establishes trusted advisor relationships in which clients and colleagues seek out advice and counsel. Act as a strategic partner to assigned clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their market, consumer, brand and business challenges and opportunities. Provides thought leadership, insights, and perspectives that support client initiatives and align/expand our services with client needs. Ensure Creative Design deliverables (i.e. campaign strategy, visual concept, environments, experiences, content creation, etc.) follow project specifications and meet/exceed client needs. Oversee and drive progress of ongoing Creative Design projects; provides guidance and leadership to address and resolve promptly, accurately, effectively, and to the client's satisfaction, any issues or problems that may arise. Lead project review sessions for assigned clients; utilizes information from review sessions to recommend best practices for design strategy, concept creation, visual innovation, message delivery, and execution. Regularly analyzes the performance of the Creative Design project team (Art Direction, Design, Copywriting); utilizes best-in-class experience decision-making to maintain or improve creative output and design team performance. Develop creative, innovative, and cost effective Creative Design strategies that meet client needs, utilizing project experience, current market trends, competitor intelligence, and innovative thinking. Engage with teams to manage the deliverables of final details and files to ensure a smooth hand-off and a profitable program. Support Company's growth and profitability efforts by driving, encouraging and actively enabling innovation, creativity, and efficiency through all Creative Design activities.Ensure client retention and continued growth is maximized by delivering custom tailored solutions to meet clients' objectives and expectations. Lead the development and delivery of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business oportunities. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of Creative Team employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Leads by example as hands-on, collaborative member of the greater SGK Creative Team, Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team to ensure future success. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Communications or related field Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred 12
years progressive creative design experience 8
years in a leadership role Or equivalent combination of education and experience Mix of experience both in-house and on agency side for world-class brands preferred Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required. High degree of proficiency in Adobe CS. InVision and SketchUp or related 3D software preferred. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
