Job summaryAmazon is seeking a highly-intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated and creative communications professional to join our operations communication team.
You will be responsible for managing strategic external communications, executive communications, community relations and influencer strategy for the transportation network.
You will create playbook campaigns and regular cadence of external communication for key executives.
You will also develop influencer campaigns and how to infuse those campaigns into media relations plans and launches.
To be successful in this role, you will have good media contacts/relationships and the ability to work at internet-speed, create and deliver major campaigns, and a talent for collaboration and working independently.
You should have experience delivering results with high standards under tight deadlines.
Creativity and flexibility are a must.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the execution of external media engagement programs in cities with Amazon operations such as high-visibility building milestone events, community donations with local elected officials, press facility tours and filming opportunities, and other media relations activitiesResearch and integrate industry news, trends and compelling angles into PR programsWrite, develop and manage approvals for news releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and related media materials for Amazon's operations businessSuccessfully manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challengesBuild and maintain relationships with key consumer and trade media - both national and local in audienceEffectively represent Amazon as a spokespersonLocation:
This role can be located in Seattle, WA or Portland, Oregon area.

A day in the lifeThis is a dynamic, fast-paced role that can have someone hosting media tours in the morning, serving as an on the record spokesperson in the afternoon and prepping a release embargo in the evening.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
