Account Executive

Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW PointCentral is seeking an ambitious and self-directed individual contributor with proven outside Account Executive sales experience to join our team. The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue through an assigned customer vertical, Short-Term Vacation Rentals (STR), by prospecting for new leads, managing existing leads, and developing existing customers. This position requires 25% to 50% travel across the continental US. This is a remote position, preferably based out of California or Texas. RESPONSIBILTIES The Account Executive's primary job responsibilities will include:
Managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, hosting demos, closing, and onboarding new short-term rental property managers to consistently meet or exceed sales goals Building a deep understanding of PointCentral's solution and its place in the industry Close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and customer success to identify target customers and coordinate sales and support efforts Developing relationships with assigned customer accounts to increase productivity and identify opportunities to expand their portfolio of PointCentral accounts Maintaining weekly account and prospecting activity in Salesforce, and providing sales activity reports and other documentation as requested Partnering with customer success to develop relationships with key individuals inside account base in order to regularly communicate information that is vital tolong-term success Initiating and executing on-site product training activities and working closely with our internal team to develop new training plans as needed Attending industry association meetings and trade shows as necessary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5
years history of account management and business development, including lead generation, lead development and lead closing, in the same or similar customer vertical Bachelor's degree, preferred Ability to sell concepts and value-added services a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills including client presentation and training delivery experience Ability to meet heavy travel demands - this position requires 25% to 50% travel across the continental US. $80K -- $100K

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
