We are hiring a Systems Engineer (SysEng) within the Outposts Installation and Provisioning team.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about owning and continuously improving end-to-end technical processes.
Working backwards from our customer's needs, you will be challenged to think big and support Outpost fleet lifecycle activities including troubleshooting/root cause analysis, hardware failure remote recovery, orchestrating physical hardware replacement, automating repetitive tasks in organizational processes, and facilitating capacity availability for Outpost fleet testing requirements.
Across all fleet management activities, you will be empowered to deliver lean improvements as you drive towards highly scalable, automated operations solutions.

A successful candidate will be customer focused and process driven, working to increase throughput, analyze metrics, and improve a system's ability to scale.

Key job responsibilitiesA Systems Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end workflow for critical provisioning and fleet health processes.
You will be empowered dive deep into challenges to discover root cause and then spearhead recovery efforts.
You will identify process defects and invent simple solutions to automate manual tasks.
You will be responsible for capturing key metrics that capture a customer's experience and identify areas for improvement.
Your ability to collaborate with diverse engineers across the organization will directly contribute to a customer's Outpost experience.
About the teamWe are building a new team (internally Omni) to manage fleet health processes for our growing fleet of devices operating at the edge.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
