1 Quick Apply Full-time 7 hours ago Full Job Description The Associate Director of Strategy will oversee a multi-platform content strategy and nurture a growing community for content, including existing and emerging web sites, microsites, mobile, and social channels.
This position will be critical in providing innovative, high-level thinking around developing content to meet specific client objectives for conversion, audience growth and increased brand awareness focused on important revenue-generating audience verticals.
This role will have direct content with the client, helping to assess needs and execute on all content strategies.
Essential Functions:
Bring original, innovative and enterprising content ideas and experiences to the customer base as a source of inspiration Lead development of overall digital content strategy to meet client objectives and grow client's content programs Develop content plans for new and emerging platforms including social channels, blogs, mobile, tablet, e-readers and retail experiences Develop content strategy around key content verticals including small and medium-sized businesses, consumer, and enterprise businesses Identify and develop relationships and partnerships with other content providers as necessary to create compelling content programs Direct integrated content opportunities across all owned media channels managed by Pace including magazine web site, mobile, microsites, blogs and social media outlets Coordinate with design, development, ad sales, account management and other Pace teams for projects and day-to-day digital operations, to meet deadlines, secure and send deliverables to client Communicate frequently with clients, becoming a key creative partner Assist in securing new business opportunities ADDITIONAL

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism/English/Digital Media or equivalent field required; MBA preferred
Experience:
10
years of major media content experience in print and digital media required Experience with technology or telecommunications required Skills:
Must be able to collaborate Ability to model strong leadership skills Familiarity with print editorial process, digital content programming and workflow Expression Engine, Wordpress or similar CMS experience and proficiency Experience with e-newsletter creation and distribution, social media, and analytics Ability organize and mobilize a team around tight deadlines to effectively produce high-quality work Strategic and creative thinker with ability to forecast and strategize around content, and identify new business opportunities Excellent written and verbal communication skills The salary for this position will range from $84,000.
00 - $115,000.
00, depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.
