YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION CREW LEADER This residential construction position typically works Monday - Friday from 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM.
In this residential remodeling position, you complete general remodeling tasks in addition to managing 1-2 workers.
You are a knowledgeable and experienced person who completes a variety of projects involving carpentry, drywall, painting, minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair.
Using your leadership skills, you direct others on your team to keep working productively.
You are able to identify additional work needed and communicate those needs to your supervisor.
With the goal of finishing jobs to 100% completion, you encourage your team to stay focused on the clearly defined list of tasks.

years of relevant experience Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to haul tools and basic materials Willingness to drive to different jobs on a daily basis as needed Knowledge and experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, tile, and flooring repair and replacement are preferred, but not required.
