Quality Assurance Relationship Manager Position
Summary:
This position will act as a liaison between Lines for Life staff, management and clinical contracts through maintaining relationships with key contract stakeholders and managing quality assurance aspects of contracts and seeking to help the organization.
Also, provide the best service possible for our contracts, their callers, and our crisis lines staff (Crisis Intervention Specialists).
Quality Assurance Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director of Quality Assurance, implement a system to meet contractual and organizational call monitoring requirements, which currently include randomly selecting 3% of 988 calls and 1% of non-988 calls for formal call monitoring and that supervisors monitor at least 1 call of every person who answers calls every three months.
Act as a liaison between contracts and crisis lines to maintain up-to-date clinical procedures.
Investigate quality assurance complaints and report out to the Quality Assurance Director, crisis lines management and/or contract stakeholders.
Maintain Crisis Lines Clinical Contract policies and procedures on Proteus and the SharePoint Protocol website.
Manage LFL's EHR including building and maintaining accounts and providing technical login support to contract clients.
Maintain emergency procedures with the most up to date on-call contacts for clinical contracts in the event of a service disruption event, i.
e.
, if our CIS are unable to answer calls due to IT issue, natural disaster, etc.
Engage in ongoing evaluation and research into best practices for tele-crisis support centers, providing workflow recommendations for process improvements.
Coordinate with Clinical Training Director to ensure a consistent feedback loop between crisis workers for the most up to date information for training, policy, and procedures for each contract or to discuss possible training needs based upon QA trends.
Attend any regularly scheduled contract meetings and coordinate meetings as needed between lines for Life management and clinical contracts.
Coordinate quality assurance tasks and communications to onboard new contracts.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Assurance Quality Assurance Relationship Manager Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work or a related field, including coursework in substance abuse and addictions.
Knowledge of the fundamental principles, methods, and theories of psychology.
Crisis intervention experience with ability to provide sound clinical judgment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex information concisely and effectively in ways that can easily be grasped by diverse learning styles.
Ability to organize, prioritize and work independently with little supervision.
Excellent diplomatic and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Strong understanding of HIPAA, clinical privacy and confidentially guidelines.
Ability to stay calm when handling stressful situations and skilled in problem-solving.
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.

Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.

This position will regularly work full-time (40 hours per week).

Work is primarily conducted in an office environment and requires the ability to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods of time.
