9 Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Function/Duties of Position:
The Oregon Pediatric Improvement Partnership (OPIP) supports a meaningful, long-term collaboration of stakeholders invested in child health care quality, with the common purpose of improving the health of the children and youth of Oregon.
OPIP staff and projects are focusing on building health and improving outcomes for children and youth by:
1) Collaborating in quality measurement and improvement activities; 2) Supporting evidence-guided quality activities; 3) Incorporating the patient and family voice into quality efforts; and 4) Informing policies that support optimal health and development.

org) OPIP is a soft funded program that receives funding through grants and contracts that support projects and consultation that aim to improve the health of children in Oregon.
OPIP is currently leading a number of projects that support implementation of novel and transformative quality efforts focused on addressing:
children's social determinants of health, care for children with physical and behavioral health needs, and building health and resilience in young children with developmental, behavioral and social delays.
This position is responsible for providing research associate-level support to the projects implementing quality improvement efforts using a population-based approach and engaging various sectors including, but not limited to Coordinated Care Organizations, primary care providers, community-based providers, and early learning providers.
This work is also informed by parent advisors and parent advocacy groups.
The position also helps to effectively summarize, translate and distill findings from population-based administrative claims data to inform community and practice-level improvement efforts.
The position will have a strong emphasis on data used to guide and inform improvement work, evaluate research project impact, and illuminate the impact of the work qualitatively and quantitatively.
Required
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in relevant field AND 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 5 years of relevant experience.
Passion and commitment to improving the health of children in Oregon.
Quick ability to assimilate fast paced information Flexibility in work tasks that arise each week.
Ability to write and communicate effectively Excellent management, interpersonal and administrative skills for assisting in the day-to-day operation of complex and multiple projects.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working with primary care practices on collecting data within their clinical settings.
Experience with office report tools that assess a practices system and processes (e.
g.
Patient Centered Primary Care Home Standards) Experience with health care claims data specific to early childhood services.
Experience with health care claims data specific to early childhood services.
Knowledge and experience with Smartsheets or other project management software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
