We are a fun loving dental office seeking to find another family member to work 3-4 days a week.

If this looks like a good fit, send us your resume! This is a full time position with days of the week being M-F (one friday a month).
Wage will be based on experience, and is flexible if experience is there.
Some job duties but not limited to:
-EXCEL in customer service and attention to detail.
-Verifying and eligibility insurance benefits duties per our office expectations.
-Checking out patients - going over finances and treatment plan -Assisting answering phones -Insurance claim attachments, narratives appeals, and processing when necessary.
-The ability to get a breakdown and enter insurance infomation for patients who have new or updated insurance.
-Processing insurance payments, adjustments, and refunds.
-Following up on non-paid insurance claims.
-Generating reports using Eaglesoft.
-Ability to explain insurance benefits with patients regarding treatment planning, and patient out of pocket expenses.
-Helping the team where ever needed if necessary.
-The ability to use Eaglesoft software.
