(Purpose of the position) Everyone at UbiVac is dedicated to providing safe and potent therapeutics for cancer patients.
As a member of the manufacturing team, the primary responsibility is to manufacture vaccine in the highest graded cleanroom.
These duties include cleaning, meticulous accounting of activity within the associated batch record and forms, counting cells with a hemocytometer, quickly performing algebra, cleaning and transferring product between graded cleanroom labs and autoclaving materials.

Perform tasks in accordance with the governing document (e.

, SOP, batch record, work instruction) Must be able to work in a cleanroom and general laboratory.
Set up, tear down, and clean up of laboratory and production equipment.
Perform preparations of reagents with limited supervision.
Must be able to perform GMP cell culture techniques Correct use of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) Aseptic operations in a Biosafety Cabinet (BSC) Accurate and precise pipetting, both serologic and micro Meticulous recordkeeping and proper batch record and form submission Thorough cleaning of laboratories Alerts Supervisor/Manager and/or QA to nonconforming product and deviations from governing document Adhere to internal GMP policies, procedures, and reports Review basic and technical documentation Ability to work on projects and per manufacturing schedule with minimal supervision Provide support, as needed, to other departments Tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager Equipment:

Must be able to wear PPE for long periods (including sterile coveralls with a hood and booties, gloves, mask and face shield).
Approximately 40% of time will involve dedicated office work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
Experience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and occasional fast walking Use hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a pipette, open and close flasks, and other lab tasks Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion Ability to wear restrictive gowning for extended periods of time.
Vaccine harvest days involve long days of prolonged standing and/or sitting and during production cycles working more than the standard 40hr workweek is the norm.
Occasional exposure to biologics and chemicals.
Frequent exposure to cleaners - particularly 70% IPA.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
