Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for Workshop & Fleet.

What you will be doing:
Maintain production and pre-production engineering assets, including fleet vehicles, development rigs, and vehicle compute devices to be ready and available for product development, feature evaluation, and other operational work Ensure that all assets are safe, operational, clean, and ready for utilization in product development and assessment activities Own management of workshop area such that it is clean, organized, and in compliance with OSHA and corporate standards Lead asset planning from procurement through end of life, ensuring teams have necessary resources and that assets are disposed of safely and in accordance with corporate standards Conduct Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on all equipment and fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with Federal and State compliance regulations Support vehicle booking and checkout policies and management Maintain transparent, up to date records on asset status, maintenance, updates, and changes to assist engineering and product development teams and in accordance with corporate guidelines Support non-engineering use of facilities and workshop, including events, presentations, and other operations events, as necessary Provide clear and concise asset status reports when required Train employees on proper resource and tool usage as necessary Address blockers, challenges, and risks to asset maintenance, management, or use in a solution-oriented manner, escalating key points to management and business stakeholders Other duties as assigned What you will need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 1-3 years professional experience in vehicle maintenance, fleet management, information technology, or operations A current, valid driver's license Ability to deliver quick results with minimal supervision MS Office Skills (emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Excel) Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Additional languages are a plus.
Basic software development knowledge is a plus, including abilities with Linux, Python or other programming languages, and/or version control systems (Git) This position is responsible for the transportation, installation and arrangement of equipment Be able to climb a ladder, push and pull a loaded cart Some lifting over your head - up to 50 pounds Walk, sit and stand at regular intervals Location:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
