Tasks will include:
Implementing and tracking the shop schedule each week Tracking individual performance and processes for overall efficiency Maintaining a well-organized and clean production environment Monitoring the quality of products and components to meet company standards Communicate clearly with the production and administrative teams on production related issues Training new employees as hired Building and assembling products Lifting up to 50 lbs Must have production experience, be well organized, and be a clear communicator.
