The main responsibility of this position is to help generate leads for the nonstop construction season here in the Portland/Vancouver area.
We provide on the job training for marketing, basic sales and scheduling.
Opportunities for advancement and full-time employment are available.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and outgoing person interested in developing marketing, sales, or construction business experience.
The job comes with advancement opportunities and high commission potential with proven success in generating and qualifying leads/prospects through various methods.
You will be setting an appointment time for a senior project manager to go over the specifics of our services.
We require specific types of qualified leads located in niche market segments.
Proof of proven experience is a huge plus.
Trade knowledge and training will be provided.
Please supply any available proof of past success.
We bonus on a per appointment / qualified lead basis.
Job duties including:
Canvassing neighborhoods that we are currently performing work in Talking to potential new customers Scheduling appointments Making follow up appointment calls Hanging signs Handing out flyers This is a part time position.
We are looking for 3-4 candidates only that are looking for a position with high commission potential.
Pay is a base hourly wage plus significant bonuses! We provide on-the-job training.
QUALIFICATIONS Must have own transportation Good interpersonal & communication skills Able to walk for 8 hours in a day PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (but not required) 2
