Responsibilities:
Responsible for turning of rooms to make them ready for the next guests.
Loading and unloading room carts from guest's rooms, janitor closets, and laundry area.
Replacing used linens with clean ones.
Making beds.
Furnishing rooms with new consumables (soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, food items, etc.
).
Furnishing rooms with clean cups and other regularly used items.
Vacuuming carpeted areas including edges, under desks, and behind doors.
Vacuuming crevices of upholstered furniture as needed.
Sweeping and moping hard floors.
Dusting and wiping down hard surfaces, including appliances, fixtures, tables, chairs, pictures, window sills, etc.
Spot cleaning walls/surfaces (up to 7 ft) Wiping clean mirrors of stains and fingerprints.
Disinfecting high touch surfaces including light switches, remotes, door knobs, etc.
Removing trash and leftover items from rooms including, dressers, closets, night stands, refrigerators, etc.
Removing trash from bins and replacing linings.
Making sure appliances and electronics are in good working order.
Place items (appliances, remotes, fixtures, coat hangers, etc.
, back in their required locations).
Cleaning bathrooms (scrubbing toilets, scrubbing shower/tub, sinks, mirrors, wiping hard surfaces, fixtures, polishing chrome, etc.
).
Vacuuming HVAC vents as needed to remove visible dust and debris.
Fluffing pillows.
Reporting issues with rooms to management as needed.
