JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Operations Specialist will work within the new corporate Salesforce instance to manage the manual processes and data entry related to deals, quotes, and contracts for a SaaS (Software as a Service) business The Specialist will take requests from the Renewals team and will prepare renewal contracts and be responsible for processing simple to complex deals.
You will follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the above tasks and other daily job functions.
Candidate will create and merge quotes, validate order information and verify payment terms with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Respond and action in a timely professional manner on any escalations received Work can be done remotely and does not require to be physically located in any particular location JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1 year experience with Salesforce CRM Experience with Salesforce quoting (CPQ) Analytical strength to research existing contracts and determine correct existing costs Strong in mathematical calculations to determine discount percentages needed to reach target price Strong work ethic, Reliable, self-starter CALL NOW:
