Responsibilities Include Develop, direct and monitor short-term and long-term business goals and objectives of the branch.
Establish, maintain, cultivate client, carrier and enterprise-wide business partnerships.
Set the vision and competencies for each position of the site/branch, recruit top talent through networking and professional relationships, and retain and develop leadership and direct reports.
Lead the branch management team in the development and execution of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals, acquisitions, strategic planning and growth objectives.
Responsible to meet top line growth goals and budgeted operating margins.
Plan, develop, and direct the branch's objectives through oversight of department leadership.
Target and manage the development, production, promotion and sale of the organization's products, services and solutions to meet customer and company goals which will generate profit to meet planned objectives.
Evaluate and analyze the results of the programs and services regularly and uses this information to identify and select best courses of action to implement objectives.
Responsible for the adherence of the organization's guidelines, policies and applicable laws.
Assist teammates in client opportunities, maximizing carrier relationships and enterprise-wide resources.
Position the branch favorably within the local business community through participation with and/or support of appropriate local professional and community service organizations.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Actively participate in the selling and renewal of business.
Promote a positive culture of teamwork, mutual respect and foster a culture that instills grit in teammates.
Pursue a program of personal and professional development.
Position Requirements and Skills Minimum 6-8 years' experience in complex, growth-oriented insurance business.

S from a four-year university or college in business or financial related discipline.

years of progressive leadership experience.
License or designation preferred.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
The ability to influence change and continuous improvement in keeping up with a constantly growing and changing enterprise.
Ability to naturally partner across divisions, including the ability to educate, influence, persuade and negotiate between departments.
Must be willing to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent decision-making skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
