We're looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer / SME who is excited aboutworking on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business.
Join us and you'll have the chance to work onprojects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing facilities.
This is a hybrid position in Portland, OR.
You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks,as you gainfamiliarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
You'll also provideon-site assistance during startup,coordinatework activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
Yourmulti-discipline, highly interactiveteam will produce installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, motor controlelementaries, connection diagrams, cable schedules, control panel layouts and grounding, lighting,and power plans.
You'll also assist directly with the more complex portions of the design process, interacting directly with the client, owner, and contractors to assist construction on site.
You and your team will work closely with client owners in a fast paced, dynamic environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents.

Here's What You'll Need:
o Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering o Professional Engineer (PE) license o At least 10 years of e xperience in engineering design of building electrical systems o At least 3 years of Semiconductor, Data Center and/or Mission Critical facilities electrical design experience o Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards o Experience with UPS and EPMS systems o Experience with generator sizing and paralleling o Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
o Team leadership and client interaction experience o Effective verbal and written communication skills o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Project lead experience o Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
o Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
o Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
o Passionate about buildings and construction o Ability to make onsite client visits in Portland, OR, as needed Ideally, you'll also have:
