Requirements- 3
years of experience in leadership OR recruiting, OR a strong background in a particular niche or industry.
- Prior experience with interviewing AND/OR business development/sales preferred.
- A self-driven mindset, results-oriented mentality, and highly motivated.
- The ability to work independently with strong support and tools and without micromanagement.
- The financial ability to support themselves during the training and ramp-up period of 3 to 4 months.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
